Welcome to www.doonskincare.com and our related websites or platforms that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Website”), owned and operated by DOON Skincare LLC (“DOON Skincare LLC,” “DOON,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Except as otherwise noted herein, these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, its services, and content (collectively, the “Site”) and your purchase, receipt, or use of our cosmetics, skincare, or other products made available through the Site (collectively, the “Product(s)”).

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. YOUR ACCESS TO THE SITE, CREATION OF AN ACCOUNT, AND/OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS CONSTITUTES YOUR UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW AND BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE, AND DO NOT PURCHASE, RECEIVE, OR USE OUR PRODUCTS.

TH THESE TERMS CONTAIN A MANDATORY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION/JURY TRIAL WAIVER PROVISION. THESE PROVISIONS REQUIRE THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS.

DOON Skincare LLC reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms, sending you an email notification, or providing notice through the Site. By continuing to access or use the Site or purchase Products in any way after such notice has been provided, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms frequently to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions that apply when you access or use the Site or order, receive, or use the Products.

1. Account Creation and Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you can form a binding contract with DOON Skincare LLC, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations. In order to purchase from the Site or access certain features, you may be required to complete a registration process to obtain a user account. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information about yourself during the registration process and you have an ongoing obligation to update this information if and when it changes. We handle your information consistent with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

When you create an account, you will be required to create a user ID and secure password. You agree that you will never share your user ID and password with anyone else for any reason, and that only you will use your account. You agree to contact DOON Skincare LLC immediately at hello@doonskincare.com if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOON Skincare LLC from any damages that arise out of or in relation to the use of your account. You agree that you will not create more than one account. Paying for the connectivity and data plans of your electronic devices is your responsibility; DOON Skincare LLC has no responsibility for the availability of the Internet or telecommunication services necessary to access the Site.

2. Terms of Sale, Pricing, and Payments


Orders, Pricing, and Accuracy: DOON Skincare LLC strives to communicate highly accurate pricing, product details, and ingredient listings, but we will not be held responsible for any pricing, typographical, photographic, or technical errors. The displayed colors and textures of the Products depend heavily upon the monitor and hardware settings of the user, and DOON Skincare LLC cannot guarantee that your screen will accurately portray the actual colors or textures of physical Products. Products displayed may be out of stock, delayed, or discontinued, and prices are subject to change without notice.


Order Cancellation: Your order is an offer to buy and is subject to acceptance and cancellation by DOON Skincare LLC, in our sole discretion. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. Payment must be received in full by DOON Skincare LLC prior to our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to process payment for and ship parts of a multi-item order separately.

Quantity Limitations and Restrictions: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

Resellers Prohibited: We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers, distributors, or resellers. For purposes of these Terms, a “reseller” is anyone who purchases a Product from the Site for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale or transfer of that same Product to a third party. Products you purchase may not be resold, commercialized, or exported in violation of U.S. export and sanctions laws.

3. Product Disclaimers, Allergic Reactions, and Medical Guidance


Cosmetic Use Only: All Products made available through the Site are for external cosmetic use only and should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions, warning labels, and guidelines.

Not Medical Advice: Use of the Site and the information provided herein is not meant to serve as a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Site is solely an online retail store for specialty beauty products. Please consult with your own physician, dermatologist, or healthcare practitioner regarding the use of any Products or information received from the Site before using or relying on them.

Patch Test Requirement & Individual Results: You are solely responsible for reviewing the full ingredient list of any Product prior to purchase and application to avoid potential allergic reactions or sensitivities. Because individual skin types react uniquely, you agree that you must perform a "patch test" by applying a small amount of the Product to a discreet area of skin and observing for 24 hours before full application. DOON Skincare LLC does not guarantee specific results, and individual experiences with cosmetic formulations will vary. DOON Skincare LLC is not liable for adverse skin reactions, standard sensitivities, or unexpected interactions between our Products and your existing skincare routine.

4. Adverse Event Reporting and Regulatory Compliance


Adverse Event Pipeline: In accordance with the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA) and federal guidelines, DOON Skincare LLC tracks and evaluates product health and safety data. If you experience a health or safety concern, or an adverse physical event following the use of our Products, you agree to immediately report the occurrence directly to our dedicated regulatory pipeline at hello@doonskincare.com with the subject line "Adverse Event Report."

Cooperation: To help us safely manage our formulations, you agree to provide reasonable, accurate information regarding the batch number, date of use, and specific nature of the reaction.

5. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Product Inspection Window


Risk of Loss: You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at checkout. DOON Skincare LLC reserves the right to adjust shipping charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you complete your purchase. Risk of loss and title for all Products purchased from DOON Skincare LLC pass to you, the customer, at the moment we transfer the Product to the third-party shipping agent or carrier at our fulfillment facility.

Temperature Sensitivity and Inspection Window: Our Products utilize premium formulations that may be sensitive to extreme temperatures or environmental exposure. You agree to retrieve your delivery promptly upon arrival. You have a strict seventy-two (72) hour window post-delivery (as verified by carrier tracking info) to thoroughly inspect the Products for damage, leaking, broken safety seals, or structural defects. Any defects must be reported to hello@doonskincare.com within this 72-hour window, accompanied by photographic evidence. After this 72-hour window expires without contact, the Products are contractually deemed accepted by you in perfect condition, and DOON Skincare LLC shall not be liable for subsequent claims of transit-related spoilage or physical defects.

6. International Sales and Customs Fees


International Deliveries: Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties, brokerage fees, and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, these customs charges are your sole responsibility in addition to shipping costs. We are not able to predict or control customs charges as they are determined entirely by the destination country's government.

Third-Party Facilitators: We may partner with third-party logistics providers (such as Passport Global, Inc. or similar entities) to facilitate international distribution. In such cases, the third party may act as the Seller of Record for low-value consignments, and your purchase is additionally subject to their respective international terms of service presented at checkout.

International Customs Agencies: By ordering Products for delivery outside the U.S., you authorize the customs broker selected by DOON Skincare LLC or its shipping agents to act as your agent to transact business with regional border services and customs agencies to clear merchandise, pay duties and taxes, and handle merchandise returns on your behalf.

7. Security Rules

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. DOON Skincare LLC investigates violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting any user or users who are involved in such violations. You are strictly prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, without limitation, the following:

  1. Accessing data not intended for you or logging on to a DOON Skincare LLC server or account that you are not authorized to access;
  2. Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper written authorization;
  3. Attempting to interfere or interfering with the operation of our Site, our provision of services to any other visitors, our hosting provider, or our network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus, overloading, “flooding,” “email bombing,” or “crashing” the Site; and
  4. Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email, transmission, or posting to our Site.

8. Prohibited Uses and Limited Site License

The Site may be used only for lawful purposes and is available only for your personal, non-commercial use, which is limited to viewing the Site, purchasing products, providing information to the Site, and downloading product information for your personal review.

DOON Skincare LLC specifically prohibits any use of the Site, and requires all users to agree not to use the Site, for any of the following: 

  • Posting any information that is incomplete, false, inaccurate, or not your own;
  • Engaging in conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any municipal, state, national, or international law or regulation, or that would fail to comply with accepted Internet protocol;
  • Communicating, transmitting, or posting material that is copyrighted or otherwise owned by a third party unless you are the copyright owner or have the irrevocable permission of the owner to post it;
  • Communicating, transmitting, or posting material that (a) reveals trade secrets, unless you own them or have the irrevocable permission of the owner, (b) infringes on any other intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right of another, or (c) is in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
  • Attempting to interfere in any way with the Site’s or DOON Skincare LLC’s networks or network security, or attempting to use the Site’s service to gain unauthorized access to any other computer system.

The Site, including all of its text, data, code, icons, artwork, images, photographs, graphics, software, and the HTML used to generate the pages (collectively, “Materials and Content”), is the exclusive property of DOON Skincare LLC or that of our suppliers or licensors and is protected by patent, trademark, and/or copyright under United States and foreign laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice, to terminate, change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or its Products at any time, and we will not be liable to you or to any third party for doing so.

9. Proprietary Rights and Intellectual Property

As between you and DOON Skincare LLC, DOON Skincare LLC is the sole owner and/or authorized user of any registered or unregistered trademarks, trade names, trade dress, logos, slogans, designs, phrases, product names, and service marks appearing on the Site. The proprietary materials are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You agree not to display, copy, modify, distribute, or use DOON Skincare LLC’s Intellectual Property in any manner without our prior, express written permission. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Intellectual Property without the explicit prior written consent of DOON Skincare LLC.

10. User-Generated Content and Social Media License Agreement

We do not claim ownership of your personal, user-generated content. However, any photographs, text, videos, reviews, audio recordings, or comments that you: (i) submit or post directly to the Site, or through applications we provide; or (ii) upload to your public social media accounts (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and Pinterest) that are tagged with #DOONSkincare, #DOON, or any other DOON Skincare LLC promoted or dedicated brand hashtag (collectively, “User Content”) shall be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary.

By submitting, posting, or tagging User Content, you hereby grant to DOON Skincare LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license to copy, publish, translate, modify, reformat, distribute, reproduce, sell, display, perform, transmit, stream, host, store, cache, use, or otherwise exploit all or any portion of the User Content, as well as your name, handle, persona, username, real name, profile picture, likeness, and voice included therein, in any commercial or non-commercial manner whatsoever, in whole or in part, in any and all distribution channels, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed. This includes, without limitation, use in digital storefronts, printed marketing collateral, out-of-home advertising, emails, social media feeds, and paid digital advertisements for marketing, advertising, sales, or public relations purposes, with or without attribution and without further notice, inspection, or approval required by you or any third party.

Neither you nor any other entity will have the right to receive any royalty, commission, or consideration of any kind for the use of the User Content pursuant to these Terms. DOON Skincare LLC shall have no obligation to monitor, use, display, or retain User Content, and we may remove User Content from our platforms at any time in our sole discretion.

By posting or tagging User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You own or control all rights in and to the User Content, and have the full authority to grant the licenses stated above;
  2. You have obtained explicit permission from any individuals appearing in the User Content to grant these rights, and give legal parental/guardian permission on behalf of any minor children appearing therein;
  3. You are 18 years of age or older;
  4. The User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or statutory rights of any third party, nor contain any defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or harassing material.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold DOON Skincare LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, damages, costs, or fees arising from a breach of these representations or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

From time to time, we may sponsor contests, sweepstakes, or giveaways through the Site or our social media channels. Each promotion will be governed by its own set of official rules, which you must review and agree to prior to participation. Any personally identifiable information requested for entry (such as name, email address, or shipping details) will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Takedown Policy

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used on the Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement under the DMCA, 17 U.S.C. §512, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with a written notice containing ALL of the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the Site;
  4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

13. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to websites, applications, or products operated by separate companies (“Third Party Platforms”). DOON Skincare LLC does not endorse, monitor, or control these Third Party Platforms, which maintain completely separate terms of use and privacy policies. You access Third Party Platforms entirely at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to review their individual practices.

14. Telephone Communications, Text Messaging, and SMS Policy

DOON Skincare LLC offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to this Section 14 and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “SMS Terms”). By opting into or participating in any of our Programs, you accept these terms and conditions, including your agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding, individual-only arbitration.

  • 14.1 User Opt-In: The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through online checkout enrollment forms. By participating, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in. Consent is not required to make any purchase from us. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
  • 14.2 User Opt-Out: To discontinue participating in the Program, you agree to reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from us. You may receive an additional text confirming your decision to opt out. You acknowledge that our automated text platform may not recognize or respond to unsubscribe requests that alter, modify, or append words to these standard keyword commands, and DOON Skincare LLC shall have no liability for failing to honor non-standard opt-out requests.
  • 14.3 Program Description & Costs: Users who opt into the Program can expect to receive messages concerning the marketing, launch, promotion, payment tracking, delivery updates, and sale of our Products. Messages may include automated checkout reminders. Message and data rates may apply as determined by your cellular carrier.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, ALL MATERIALS AND CONTENT, AND ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOON SKINCARE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. DOON SKINCARE LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS ARE ABSOLUTELY ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.

16. Strict Limitation of Liability (Nuclear Clause)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DOON SKINCARE LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER—INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, MEDICAL BILLS, DERMATOLOGICAL COMPLICATIONS, MORAL DAMAGES, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS—ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SITE, THE INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS, OR ANY INTERACTIONS OR TRANSACTIONS HAD WITH THE BRAND, EVEN IF DOON SKINCARE LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

NOT WITH STANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE FINANCIAL LIABILITY OF DOON SKINCARE LLC AND ITS SUPPLIERS TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS OR OUT OF THE PURCHASE AND USE OF PRODUCTS SHALL BE CONTRACTUALLY CAPPED AT AND LIMITED TO THE EXACT DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO DOON SKINCARE LLC FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE ALLEGED LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

17. Dispute Resolution, Mandatory Binding Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

  • Initial Dispute Resolution: We want to address your concerns directly without formal legal proceedings. Before filing a claim against DOON Skincare LLC, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting hello@doonskincare.com with a written description of your dispute. We will attempt to resolve the matter via consultation within thirty (30) days of receipt.
  • Mandatory Binding Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you and DOON Skincare LLC agree that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, the breach thereof, the use of the Site, or the purchase and performance of the Products shall be settled exclusively by final, binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Albany, New York, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and legally binding, and judgment on the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
  • Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver: YOU AND DOON SKINCARE LLC EXPLICITLY AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE OR LITIGATE DISPUTES WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. NEITHER YOU NOR DOON SKINCARE LLC WILL SEEK TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE HEARD AS A CLASS ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR IN ANY OTHER PROCEEDING IN WHICH EITHER PARTY ACTS OR PROPOSES TO ACT IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. NO ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING WILL BE COMBINED WITH ANOTHER WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF ALL PARTIES TO ALL AFFECTED ARBITRATIONS OR PROCEEDINGS. YOU HEREBY WAIVE YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, your relationship with DOON Skincare LLC, and any dispute arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the Products shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For any disputes not subject to the mandatory arbitration provision in Section 17, you and DOON Skincare LLC submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located within New York County, New York.

19. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, then that specific provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy and any official promotional rules agreed to by you, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and DOON Skincare LLC regarding your use of the Site and purchase of Products, superseding any prior written or oral agreements.
